Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Program Assistant, School of Social Work - Boca Raton, FL. Summary of Responsibilities: Communicate regularly with the Director and assist with special projects. Perform general administrative tasks for the School of Social Work and administrative support to ensure daily office operations run smoothly. Organize promotional materials for school programs, certificates, and departments. Ensure timely distribution of mail to faculty, staff, and adjuncts. Support practicum placements using databases (Radius, CastleBranch, Complio). Send out and route new/renewal contracts through legal and Provost channels. Track FIST training interest and coordinate training schedules with faculty. Assist with student registrations and manage training announcements and codes. Handle student reimbursements and paperwork for background checks and liability forms. Help process tuition waivers, practicum applications, evaluations, and system troubleshooting. Coordinate with internship software management system(s) support and participate in relevant training. Prepare for FDLE audits and verify student documentation (background checks, drug tests, immunizations). Create and maintain licensure letters and tracking spreadsheets. Distribute and compile practicum availability surveys each semester. Manage office supply orders and service contracts. Submit and follow up on maintenance and janitorial work orders. Coordinate SO-44 room reservations via 25Live. Collect room agreements and manage room key check-outs. Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, and four years of appropriate experience. Salary: $16.43 per hour.
