Graduate Program Admissions Coordinator Salary Range:

Position Overview: This is an on-campus, in-person role. Responsibilities include managing daily graduate admissions operations, supporting the MBA and MS teams, serving as the first contact for prospective students, and supporting leadership and program directors. The role involves overseeing the collection and processing of application records, managing international student files, and collaborating with campus offices. Key Responsibilities: Perform admissions tasks such as mailing admit packets and tracking application documents. Coordinate onboarding and I-20 visa processes for international students. Support campus events and manage logistical arrangements. Handle office administration, including managing inquiries, supplies, and communication channels. Support leadership and perform other duties as assigned. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service, organization, and communication. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Problem-solving, organizational, planning, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PeopleSoft and CRM systems preferred. Physical and Environmental Demands: Sitting for long periods Reaching above shoulders Handling objects (dexterity) Carrying/lifting up to 25 lbs.
