About The Work
The Corporate Services Office facilitates the daily operations of the Source Directorates business processes, procedures, training, communications and strategy. SBs mission is to ensure Sources organizational and operational effectiveness by providing timely delivery of corporate business services, strategic planning and management to support all corporate activities. SBs functions include the following:
Managing Source daily operations.
Managing Source Taskers
Managing human capital and financial management, business processes, and procedures and advise Director/Deputy Director (D/DD) Source on corporate business decisions
Develop and maintain the skills and expertise of the Source Directorate workforce through training and tradecraft development.
Provide future-focused direction and prioritization of Agency resources aligned to capabilities and services to achieve strategic objectives.
Manage and guide Sources administrative and staff functions including taskers, IT procurement, business continuity, policy, physical space, and executive support.
Provide business planning, change management and communication expertise to enable Source to ensure the right message gets to the right person in the right format.
Create and revise technical documents to include NGA manuals, reports, brochures or articles. Writes and edits technical documents including reference manuals and product manuals. Responsible for determining the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements. Engages with NGA engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes. Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding. Plans writing processes and sets timelines and deadlines. Creates or works with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process.
Your Duties
Develop and coordinate graphics to support the execution of communications and marketing plans for Source.
Support the communications program with graphic arts support for Source web presence.
Responsible for crafting/providing briefings and helping other members of the Source Strategic Engagement Branch.
Develop and support consistent branding of Source communications products and materials.
Develop and standardize graphic design criteria for Source.
Manage, maintain, expand, and coordinate Source graphics libraries.
Provides customer service, representational and written communication skills.
Required Skills And Experience
Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
US Citizenship
Demonstrated experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis in applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Acrobat.
Demonstrated experience with creating visual concepts with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
Demonstrated experience using and downloading from online stock graphic providers.
Demonstrated experience in the production process; experience in communicating with print and production vendors and intellectual property and copyright principle.
Demonstrated experience in managing a project.
