How You’ll Make An Impact
Lead the front desk team, instilling a guest-first approach, ensuring the highest standards of service and team performance.
Guest Experience & Service Standards
Deliver exceptional guest service and set the standard for front desk performance and professionalism
Maintain personal contact with guests and community clients to build loyalty and satisfaction
Review service scores regularly and take proactive steps to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience
Lead Team
Supervise front desk operations including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
Cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment that encourages team growth and accountability
Operational Oversight
Support accounting functions including billing, reporting, budget assistance, and forecasting
Monitor procedures related to safety, inventory control, key security, and cash handling
Qualifications
Two or more years of supervisory experience
Two or more years of general property operations experience
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution.
