The District is situated in an active, supportive community. Serving over 5,000 students in three comprehensive high schools, two alternative programs and an adult education school. Job Summary
Receive staff and public in the Bond Office -Initiate and answer telephone calls -Interview callers, furnish the required information, refer callers or arrange appointments -Inform supervisor(s) about pertinent information from the community and staff inquiries -Operate a variety of standard equipment including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, calculators, recorders and other equipment -Type correspondence, memos, reports, forms and other documents from straight copy, rough draft or recording device -Open and screen incoming mail for supervisor(s); organize and send outgoing mail -Proofread documents, reports, studies, evaluations, etc. -Prepare and updates schedules, calendars and lists; monitor supervisor(s) calendars -Scan, duplicate, collate and staple materials -Coordinate and set up meetings (in-person and virtual) and send calendar invites -Monitor inventory levels of office and designated supplies; order, receive and maintain appropriate levels of inventory as required -Receive, sort and distribute mail; prepare and distribute informational packets and bulk mailings as directed -Establish and maintain filing systems; review, revise, verify and proofread a variety of documents; renew permits, certificates, contracts and licenses as required; prepare and process mileage reimbursements, travel and conference claims, time sheets, professional expert agreements, personnel action forms, applications, cash collection vouchers, pay vouchers and lease agreements as assigned -Coordinate, schedule and attend a variety of meetings; prepare and send out meeting notices; compile and prepare agenda items and other required information for meetings, workshops and other events; set up equipment and supplies for meetings and other events as needed; take, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes as directed -Distribute, collect, process and evaluate a variety of forms and applications related to assigned functions

*Per District policy, and in accordance with the CA School Employee Association (CSEA) Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), a health cap of $20,000 has been instituted for all new employees hired after June of 2019, and requires enrollment in said coverage for all eligible staff.
