Job Summary: Role: Cloud Engineer Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in a cloud engineering or DevOps role. - Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). - Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity/access management. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions. - Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes. - Automate infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, reliability, and availability. - Implement and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and security best practices. - Manage cloud resource provisioning, cost optimization, and usage monitoring. - Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards regarding security and data protection. - Provide documentation and knowledge sharing with internal teams.
