Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine services, shipbuilding, and offshore energy markets •
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular outreach and in-person meetings •
Present the technical and commercial value of equipment solutions to key stakeholders •
Collaborate with internal teams to shape market strategies, proposals, and pricing •
Provide customer insights to guide product development and innovation •
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer/vendor portal registrations •
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client presentations Business Development Manager - Marine Services Qualifications •
5+ years of technical sales experience in marine services industry required •
3+ years capital equipment sales experience required •
Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales •
Prospecting and cold-calling experience required •
Ability to travel locally and domestically up to 50% required
