Job Responsibilities: Conduct plant surveys to assess steam generation, distribution, and condensate recovery systems Identify opportunities to improve thermal energy efficiency and reduce fuel consumption Propose customized engineering solutions for process industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals Promote steam-related products including steam traps, flow meters, control valves, hot water generators, and condensate recovery systems Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals highlighting benefits, savings, and payback periods Collaborate with customers to align proposed solutions with their KPIs, energy goals, and sustainability targets Generate post-survey reports detailing trap diagnostics, system analysis, engineering recommendations, and good practices Maintain and update industrial customer databases and track installed systems Study existing steam and condensate systems to identify areas for improvement and potential upgrades Convert proposals into business by engaging in consultative technical sales and strong relationship management Job Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in steam systems or industrial utilities Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and process systems Ability to read and interpret technical data, P&IDs, and engineering drawings Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability Capable of preparing and delivering clear, persuasive technical proposals Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
