ITSM Tools Solutions Architect
An excellent ITSM Tools Solutions Architect opportunity has just arisen at a cutting-edge tech-driven organization in a growing global market offering the chance to modernize enterprise tools platforms and shape long-term technology strategy.
Job Purpose: Design and lead scalable, secure tools solutions to support business growth and technology innovation.
Job Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and roadmap for enterprise tools and technology platforms. Work with business teams to define requirements and align technical goals. Design frameworks and models to guide implementation of tools-based solutions. Provide technical leadership to teams delivering scalable, secure solutions. Assess and recommend new tools, ensuring alignment with business and tech goals. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field required. 8+ years of experience in tools architecture, consultation, and solution delivery. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CICD, APM, and ServiceNow platforms. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Able to lead in fast-paced, cross-functional technical environments. The successful ITSM Tools Solutions Architect must possess strong technical knowledge of enterprise tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving scalable, secure solutions aligned with business goals.
