Digital Workplace Presales Consultant
An excellent opportunity for a Digital Workplace Presales Consultant has just arisen with a global tech leader known for innovation and quality. Join a team of experts in a thriving market, helping clients modernize their IT environments with cutting-edge digital workplace solutions.
Job Purpose: Design and present tailored IT workplace solutions that meet client needs and drive growth. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions. Design and present modern workplace solutions including hardware, software, and services. Deliver engaging demos and technical presentations during the sales process. Ensure solutions align with company capabilities and client requirements. Support smooth transition from presales design to solution delivery. Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience designing IT workplace or end-user computing solutions for businesses. Strong understanding of VDI, MDM, collaboration tools, and device management. Background in managed IT services and service operations (ITIL preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across sales and technical teams. Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, or ITIL are preferred. The successful Digital Workplace Presales Consultant must possess strong client engagement skills, technical know-how in workplace IT tools, and a collaborative mindset to shape impactful workplace solutions.
