Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Solutions Lead

Job Purpose: Design and manage modern SharePoint and M365 solutions to enhance collaboration and business efficiency.
Job Responsibilities: Design and lead SharePoint Online and M365 solution development for business collaboration. Manage SharePoint environments, permissions, security, and user-friendly content structures. Build automated workflows and data forms using Power Platform and native tools. Oversee migrations from legacy or on-prem systems to SharePoint Online. Guide and support users, ensure adoption, and deliver user training and documentation. Job Requirements: 8+ years in SharePoint/M365 design, development, and platform administration. Experience migrating to SharePoint Online from legacy or on-premise platforms. Skilled in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, and customization tools. Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and integration best practices. Effective communicator with leadership and team management experience. The successful Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Solutions Lead must possess strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise-level solution architecture, with proven experience in migrations and workflow automation.
