About the Role As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales data, follow up on results, and develop plans to optimize performance and profits. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include: Customer Sales & Profit:
Ensuring the total omni customer experience, representing the brand positively, analyzing sales and budgets, providing excellent customer service, promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives, managing schedules, routines, and store maintenance, and handling admin routines. Fashion & Trend Awareness:
Keeping up with fashion trends, ensuring staff provides product knowledge, and understanding the local market and competitors. Team & Development:
Talent management, onboarding, performance evaluations, knowledge sharing, collaboration with the leadership team, and ensuring communication and procedures are followed. Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising:
Maintaining store cleanliness, visual presentation, stock levels, store routines, and in-store tech services, and ensuring consistent pricing and safety standards. Qualifications Who You Are: A strong leader who enjoys responsibility for others. Confident in coaching, development, communication, and analytical skills. Additional Information Compensation: $71,289 - $81,982 annually. EEOC Code: OFM. Pay status: Salary, Non-Exempt (Exempt in top volume locations).
