Assist HR Manager in all facets of Human Resources & Administration, including Recruitment & Selection, Employer’s Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Government-HR related matters, Payroll Processing benefits with compliance to Singapore laws.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing and improving HR & Administrative policies and procedures.
Ensuring timely and efficient payroll processing for all staff.
Providing backup support to HR & Admin team members.

Payroll & Income Tax Administration
Conducting surveys related to MOM and government matters
Updating employee records accurately in HR systems
Assisting Department and Group Managers in HR planning
Promoting safety and security within the organization
Organizing staff activities
Taking over HR & Admin Officer responsibilities as needed
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience covering full HR duties
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and work pass regulations
Growth mindset, self-driven, good communication, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure
People-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
Positive, adaptable, and receptive to change
Multitasking, resourceful, proactive with a sense of urgency
Experience in MNC environments preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in English and Mandarin
