As Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data-driven marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for delivering actionable insights, optimizing digital experiences, and driving measurable business growth. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of marketing data strategy, analytics roadmap, and performance measurement framework; driving behavioral targeting initiatives; collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Research, Communications, and Client Experience teams; fostering growth in analytical skills; defining and evolving marketing performance metrics; delivering insights to influence digital strategy and business outcomes; creating and presenting dashboards and reports; improving marketing attribution and measurement; analyzing market trends and audience behavior; building and leading a centralized targeting and delivery function; developing governance and processes for audience segmentation and compliance; integrating and formatting data for marketing use; ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA; championing advanced tools like CDPs and cross-platform analytics; supporting marketing automation platform centralization; and leading innovation efforts for marketing analytics and targeting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics or related field (MBA preferred), 10+ years of experience in digital data, analytics or list management, 5+ years experience across digital channels, expertise in analytics tools and MarTech platforms, and strong understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
