Soni Our client is looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader to spearhead enterprise-wide data and AI platform initiatives that fuel performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. This role will own the vision and roadmap for data and AI platform capabilities, aligning them to enterprise objectives and enabling practical, high-impact outcomes across business units. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration, technological enablement, and measurable business results, this individual will be a catalyst for transformation through data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Enterprise Strategy & Planning Define and lead the enterprise strategy for data and AI platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and growth objectives. Partner with business and technology leadership to develop domain-level execution plans and investment roadmaps that integrate analytics, automation, and intelligence. Establish scalable strategies for data and AI adoption across customer experiences, internal capabilities, and new digital offerings. 2. Platform Operations & Execution Management Oversee the implementation and performance of data and AI platform initiatives, ensuring quality delivery, timely outcomes, and ongoing performance optimization. Drive budget planning, funding cycles, and investment governance for data platform programs across global and regional teams. Monitor key performance indicators and maintain operational oversight through structured review cadences and transparent reporting. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Alignment Collaborate with senior leaders across business units and technology functions to ensure cohesive strategies and shared outcomes. Translate emerging AI, data science, and automation opportunities into tangible business value propositions. Serve as a connector between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to foster shared ownership and understanding of data-driven initiatives. 4. Executive Communications & Strategic Influence Craft and deliver executive-ready content for board-level updates, strategic planning sessions, and operational reviews. Advocate for the responsible use of data and AI through storytelling, thought leadership, and results-focused narratives. Inspire confidence among internal and external stakeholders by highlighting tangible wins and innovation potential. Stay informed of emerging technologies in data platforms, AI/ML applications, and automation frameworks. Champion experimental and scalable use cases to explore new frontiers in data and AI. Manage and expand partnerships with third-party vendors, technology firms, and research groups to accelerate impact and capability development. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise strategy, or data platform leadership—ideally within financial services, insurance, or regulated environments. 5+ years of experience leading change and digital transformation initiatives with enterprise-wide influence. A track record of designing and implementing data and AI strategies that deliver measurable value, including P&L contribution or cost savings. Strong executive presence and ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing global or matrixed teams of 20+ contributors across business functions. Deep understanding of enterprise AI/ML, cloud-based data platforms, digital tooling, and operational analytics. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree or industry certifications preferred. Strategic yet execution-minded—comfortable shifting between vision-setting and operational delivery. Passionate about innovation and driven by results. Adept at balancing long-term vision with short-term operational execution. Skilled in managing through influence, ambiguity, and complexity.
