We are currently seeking a proactive, experienced, and high-performing Lead Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for a recruiter with strong VMS and high-volume experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles across multiple contracts and geographic regions Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and time-sensitive requisitions Screen, qualify, and present top-tier candidates to internal hiring stakeholders Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, providing a high-touch, positive candidate experience Own the posting, tracking, and updating of requisitions in ATS/VMS platforms Collaborate with credentialing and HR teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding Maintain strong candidate pipelines, optimize time-to-fill, and meet aggressive staffing goals Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the development of scalable workflows and recruiting playbooks Participate in strategic workforce planning discussions and talent forecasting
What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in high-volume or VMS environments Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, remote setting Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, credentialing, and program managers Exceptional communication, time management, and prioritization skills Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and attention to detail Prior experience managing or mentoring others is a plus (though not required) A passion for mission-driven work and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients alike
Position Details Salary: $60,000 base with bonus potential up to $75,000 Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based) Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Life Insurance Opportunities for performance-based bonuses
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems Extensive experience working in VMS-driven environments and managing high-volume, critical- mass workflows
