Responsibilities:
Oversee and track IT-reviewed change requests, providing regular updates to requestors on deployment schedules.
Compile and submit statistical reports on laboratory workloads.
Regularly monitor and review interface error queues to ensure timely resolution.
Obtain Beaker Analyst certification to effectively support laboratory systems.
Handle basic change requests and support system implementation efforts.
Generate quarterly vulnerability scan reports and assist in remediation for virtual servers.
Conduct post-patching or maintenance verification for in-house applications.
Contribute to quarterly reporting on system patching and technology refresh activities.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage unscheduled patching or maintenance tasks.
Support annual reviews for privileged access management (PAM) and database user access.
Monitor IT bulletins and promptly inform relevant teams of affected systems.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Foundational knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and system maintenance concepts.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-focused, well-organized, and proactive in task follow-ups.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is an added advantage.
