Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position with a well-regarded national home health agency in Kent, WA . Job Details: Location: Kent, WA ,and surrounding areas Company: Sunbelt Staffing Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Duration: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month) Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiated directly with client based off experience and location-common range is $55-$60 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days Mileage: .38c visit to visit, 250 miles expected per week Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled Requirements: Experience: Prior agency home health experience is essential Software: Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required Licensure: Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN)License Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross, Oasis Certified strongly preferred but not required Transportation: Must have reliable transportation Location Details: Situated just south of Seattle, Kent, WA is a dynamic city in the heart of the Puget Sound area.
