HRIS Administrator
to join their team on a hybrid schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an HR environment supporting systems that enhance organizational efficiency and data integrity. Position Overview: The HRIS Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s HRIS systems, assisting with data maintenance, running reports, testing changes, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. This position sits within the HR department, but IT handles coding-related tasks, allowing the HRIS Administrator to focus on system operations and reporting functionality. Key Responsibilities: HRIS Support:
Assist in the implementation, updates, and amendments to HRIS systems like UKG Pro (preferred), Workday, or SuccessFactors. Data Maintenance:
Manage data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS systems. Reporting:
Run reports, contribute to regulatory reporting, and support ad hoc reporting needs. Testing:
Assist with testing HRIS system changes to ensure accuracy and functionality. Analytics Tools:
Utilize
Power BI
to create visual reports for decision-making purposes. Education/Experience: Entry-level candidates: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with relevant internships. Non-degree candidates: 1-2+ years of experience in an HRIS-related role within an HR environment. Technical Skills:
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG Pro, Workday, or SuccessFactors is highly preferred. Proficiency in
Power BI
is strongly desirable. Other Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt and collaborate in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 83K plus benefits working a hybrid schedule.
