Chick-fil-A Four Points We're searching for recent college graduates who are looking for an opportunity to L.A.U.N.C.H. (Learning and Achieving Unfathomable New Career Heights) into their career! Chick-fil-A Four Points in Austin, TX is offering a unique opportunity for you to learn every aspect of our business, grow, develop leadership skills, and build your resume over a 3-year period as a career stepping stone either within Chick-fil-A or outside of our organization. Requirements: 3 year commitment Bachelor's Degree LAUNCH/Development Plan: Drive-Thru Front Counter Hospitality Opening & Closing Shifts Customer Service Marketing & Events Human Resources Finance Administration Additional Development Tools Included: Quarterly experiences designed to help you grow Bi-weekly mentorship sessions with our Owner/Operator Learn the Chick-fil-A business model & develop your leadership The work schedule for this position varies to include opening, mid-day and closing shifts. Scheduled shifts will be between the hours of 5:30am – 11:00pm Monday – Saturday, and open availability is required. We are always closed on Sunday’s.
