I can succeed as an Information Security Analyst II. The Information Security Group within ITG has an opening for an Information Security Analyst II, focusing on Identity Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As an IAM Security Analyst, you will protect the organization from access-related risks by ensuring appropriate access controls. Your insights will help mitigate risks through data analysis, influencing organizational change. You will examine systems and procedures to identify potential risks and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities include: Partnering with Business and IT teams to implement and ensure compliance of IAM controls. Enhancing Customer Experience through excellent IAM Operations and Service delivery. Participating in IAM automation and data analytics initiatives utilizing AI/ML and process improvements. Collaborating with stakeholders to leverage operational and governance risk reports (e.g., SLA/KPI) to meet IAM controls and safeguard data. Regular communication with IAM management regarding risk issues, operational performance, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an analyst role within IAM, Risk, or Security functions. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with IAM leadership and business units. Ability to analyze large and complex data sets using technical expertise in risk and data analysis. Experience with IAM frameworks such as NIST. Knowledge of technologies like AWS Cloud, CISSP, PowerBI, CoPilot, GenAI, Snowflake is a plus. Salary Range: San Antonio: $81,249 - $129,998 Orange County: $98,869 - $158,190 In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive annual performance bonuses, a profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% employer contribution.
