You're skilled in DataStage and bring deep experience in data modeling, performance optimization, and large-scale data processing. You know how to work with both legacy and modern data architectures and can guide offshore teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Your ability to communicate technical ideas clearly makes you a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders.

DataStage Architect | Day-to-Day
Lead the design and architecture of ETL solutions using IBM DataStage and related DW technologies. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust data solutions. Provide technical oversight and guidance to offshore team members across development, QA, and production support. Review and optimize existing data processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure alignment with best practices in data integration, architecture patterns, and security compliance. Work across platforms including Oracle, Postgres, Progress, and Cloud (GCP preferred) to ensure seamless data movement and transformation. Lead DataStage Architect
| Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in data integration and enterprise data warehousing environments. Strong expertise in IBM DataStage, including design, development, and performance tuning. In-depth understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL best practices, and DW architecture. Hands-on experience with backend platforms such as Oracle, Postgres, or Progress. Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and solutioning efforts.
