Laboratory Supervisor

Leverage your passion for coaching and developing employees to help them reach their full potential and business goals. Organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and oversee costs and metrics. Problem-solve daily, from troubleshooting diagnostic analyzers to resolving workflow and turnaround time challenges. Serve as a business and people leader for the lab and the line of business. Bring enthusiasm for teamwork, success, innovation, and excellence every day. What You Will Need To Succeed
Ability to work nights. Experience supervising 10+ employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures. Passion for working in a high-volume, innovative environment. Strong people leadership skills. Excitement to promote animal health and well-being. Physical ability to work in a lab environment, including standing, sitting, lifting up to 50lb, and specific vision requirements. Awareness of potential biohazard exposure and safety protocols. What You Can Expect From Us
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (skillset-based). Annual cash bonus and performance-based merit increases. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k matching, pet insurance, mental health resources, and more. Schedule
Full-time with benefits. Wednesday to Saturday, 11pm-9:30am, with some flexibility. Why IDEXX?
