Established in 2009 in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI primarily focuses on manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product each year, resulting in a wide range of products including Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit), and more. RBAI also produces products for eMobility such as MCU (Motor Control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central Gateway Modules, and is prepared for other futuristic products. Responsibilities: Assist and supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods by planning and adhering to window timelines. Ensure 100% stock accuracy for finished goods, quarantine, and trade stock to prevent discrepancies. Responsible for unloading packaging materials, issuing them to the shopfloor as per requirements in milkrun, conducting daily stock takes, and ordering from suppliers as per min-max levels. Adhere to all internal and external assessments and audits according to defined standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet production requirements. Implement and execute initiatives to foster a positive work environment and strengthen logistics processes. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2-6 years of experience in supply chain logistics.
