Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between R&D teams, BUs, and operational units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Present IRAD plans, progress, and outcomes to the CTO and relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with external partners across government, academic institutions, industry collaborators, and international stakeholders where necessary. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track Objectives, key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IRAD projects and technology transition initiatives. Prepare regular reports on IRAD progress, potential for technology transition, impacts of outcomes, and strategic recommendations for the CTO.

Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
