Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Manhattan, NY
We are seeking Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience and a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions that leverage AI and ML technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, goals, and technical requirements. AI/ML Insights: Identify areas where AI/ML solutions can be applied to solve business problems, improve processes, or enhance customer experiences. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights. Support the team in understanding AI/ML outputs and their impact on business processes. Model Development Support: Work closely with data scientists and AI/ML engineers to define project scope, data requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Business Process Improvement: Provide recommendations for process optimizations, using AI/ML insights, that align with organizational goals. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations on AI/ML-driven business solutions for senior management and stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on AI/ML project goals. Testing & Validation: Support the testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Change Management: Assist in driving the adoption of AI/ML solutions within the organization by preparing users for process and technology changes. Market Research: Stay up to date on AI/ML trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the business. Technical Skills - Must Have
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications. Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Hands-on experience in working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for data visualization and reporting. Experience with data management tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate technical outputs into business insights. Ability to identify and define business problems and align AI/ML solutions with business objectives. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Experience in collecting business requirement, building or implementing AI/ML models or tools. Knowledge of data engineering practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus. Process Skills:
End to end SDLC processes Understanding of utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and writing technical specifications. Behavioural Skills:
Work closely with designers, Architects, data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to tackling complex challenges. Communicate effectively and share technical knowledge with the team. Be open to feedback and continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies. Good Attitude and Quick learner . Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
