2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a results-driven AI Hiring Account Manager / Division Lead lead staffing efforts across AI, IT, and Non-IT verticals in the US and Canada. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, conducting targeted outreach (cold calling), and driving business growth through both direct hiring and MSP-driven models. The ideal candidate will help carve out and grow an AI-specific division while managing traditional IT and non-IT staffing needs across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Engage and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and MSP/VMS teams across AI, IT, and non-IT domains. Lead business development efforts including cold calling, prospecting, and pitching to secure new client partnerships. Understand hiring requirements for AI roles (ML engineers, data scientists, NLP specialists, etc.) as well as broad IT and non-IT positions. Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to provide timely, high-quality candidate submissions. Manage the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the AI staffing vertical while maintaining strong pipelines for IT/non-IT roles. Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously improve staffing solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in staffing sales or account management with exposure to AI-specific hiring (direct or MSP-driven). Strong cold calling, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage diverse client portfolios, including enterprise and mid-market clients. Comfortable working US/Canada time zones and familiar with staffing markets in Virginia, North Carolina, Bay Area, West Coast, and Canada. Familiarity with ATS/CRMs (Salesforce, Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strategic mindset with the ability to build and scale niche staffing divisions (preferred). Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Looking forward to hearing from you!
