Introduction
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage technology programs and projects within a global financial crimes technology environment. This role requires collaboration across multiple organizations and disciplines to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in technology program and/or project management within the financial services industry Experience working in or with audit or PMO governance, risk, and control roles Experience with PMMT, PCM, and PPRT Comfortable working with large sets of data, including extraction, analysis, and trend reporting Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivots) Prior Banking Domain Experience is Must
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in strategic and advisory roles Prior experience in business analysis roles Prior experience in management consulting Comfortable working in undefined spaces and driving results proactively
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead large-scale programs/projects with multi-discipline project team members Use appropriate tools to uncover root causes of business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations Communicate the importance of technology program governance and controls Ensure accurate and transparent program/project status reporting Act as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and line of business teams Manage timelines and communicate project status, health, and risks/compliance Ensure delivery meets expectations in terms of target outcomes, timeline, and cost
