Overview
Role: Security Project Manager
Location: 1111 Bagby Street, Suite 4500, Houston, TX, USA, 77002 (5 Days onsite)
Duration: 4-6+ months
Note: Only W2, No C2C
Security Project Manager working with client Delivery Manager owning the project; Creating and maintaining project plans; Well versed in Agile and Waterfall; Financial Management; RAID management; Weekly/monthly project reporting; Able to present to IT leadership team Project Delivery Support
- working with the IT Delivery Managers, support the execution of the projects in the IT portfolio as per the processes defined by the IT PMO consisting of the following activities:
ITLT & Key Leadership Engagement & Reporting Project Lifecycle Management and Support, Deliverables & Reporting - "day-to-day" operations Project Time Writing in SAP - record monthly time on project in SAP
Project Delivery Support a. Project Plan
Waterfall or Agile delivery based on the nature of the project Milestones: stage gates and sign-offs (financial, architecture and security, Quality Assurance (QA) reviews), and critical deliverable completion Responsibilities / activity ownership RACI Governance and Kick-off b. Financials Analysis
Latest Thinking Forecast (LTF) Actuals Itemization and monthly breakdown Variance justification (high level i.e. project total cost) c. RAID Log
Risks & Mitigation Action Items Issues & Resolution Decision d. Portfolio Delivery
Provide weekly report on project resources, project count, dead band, slippage, risks, issues Portfolio is defined as the group of in-scope Projects e. Other
Monthly / Weekly updates Meeting minutes Lessons learned
