If You Are Interested, Please Submit The Following YOUR CURRENT RESUME YOUR HOURLY RATE: $25 - $28/hr W2 Description Below is the job description – Resumes due ASAP The IT Project and Deployment Coordinator role within the ITG (Information Technology Group) is responsible for coordinating assigned IT projects, deployments and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, facilitates project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Qualifications And Education Requirements Principles and practices of project coordination/management. Requirements gathering. Financial management. Procurement rules and regulations. Software products to aid in your management of projects. Experience with managing technical resources and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Strong technical background in IT infrastructure with an emphasis on technology development/deployment. Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent technical writing, reviewing and editing skills. Working knowledge of and ability to apply industry-standard project management best practices. Working knowledge of and ability to apply IT Service Management best practices. Skills Strong customer service and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Excellent self-organization and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations. Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly. Ability to develop and write technical documentation. Ability to evaluate and test emerging technologies. Ability to apply creative solutions to business problems to ensure business needs are most effectively met.
