Our client is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join their team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective technology experiences for end users across the US and Europe. This is an opportunity to get involved in a dynamic environment where youll contribute to ongoing digital transformation efforts and support a wide range of technologies and business users.

Compensation:
This job is expected to pay about $35/hour plus benefits No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What Youll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for user support, managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and keeping users informed throughout the resolution process Provide remote and onsite deskside support, troubleshoot issues with Windows, M365 apps, and end-user devices, and assist with user onboarding and induction Perform account management tasks in Active Directory, Azure AD, and IdentityNow, and track hardware assets and device lifecycles Support rollout and testing of device builds, software updates, and security patches, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary Participate in IT service improvement efforts, project support activities, and occasional travel to support cross-regional collaboration What Gets You the Job: Hands-on experience with device builds, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 environments Strong incident and request management skills with working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service desk tools User account administration experience across Active Directory and Azure-based platforms Familiarity with IT asset management processes and tools Background working in an IT Service organization with a strong service delivery mindset Wed love to hear from youespecially if you're excited about being part of a collaborative, fast-paced IT service team and helping shape the future of tech support across Europe.
