Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP to support process optimization, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This role acts as a key link between business teams and technical stakeholders to maximize ERP effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business units to capture operational needs and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
Analyze and improve business processes using SyteLine capabilities.
Configure SyteLine modules and provide ongoing user support.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and training materials.
Create test cases and coordinate UAT to ensure system changes meet business needs.
Assist with user training and support ERP adoption across departments.
Partner with IT, finance, operations, and other teams to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
Leverage SyteLine reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial ERP.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, process mapping, and data analysis.
Familiarity with SyteLine modules such as Inventory, Production, Order Management, and Financials.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Infor BI).
Compensation: $50-60/hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
