$55,000 – $70,000 annual salary What You’ll Be Doing
Provide Tier 2 support across servers, desktops, and internal systems Troubleshoot local and remote networks, VPNs, firewalls, and critical applications Maintain phone systems, AV equipment, and mobile devices Assist with policy documentation, backups, and disaster recovery readiness Support software installation and configuration Monitor anti-virus, patch management, and firewall logs Participate in system upgrades, planning, and implementation What You’ll Need to be Considered
