Join our team and play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our park and hotel. You'll assist with guest services, coordinate group events, manage reservations and payments, and help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Support daily operations of the park, hotel, staff, and guest services Direct and coordinate group and event activities, including working with group contacts prior to the event to ensure all details are captured, communicated and properly planned for smooth event. Manage group reservations, prepare contracts, process banquet and meal orders, and maintain organized records for sales and events. Lead property tours for prospective clients, highlighting event spaces, amenities, and available services. Accurately manage cash drawer and credit card system. Offer assistance to the individual needs and requests of all guests. Ensure guest needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. Provide guests with information about park and hotel services, local attractions, and entertainment; assist with reservations as needed. Position/Physical Requirements:
Typical work schedule Monday thru Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm. Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to work a rotating schedule that involves working weekends, holidays and after regular work shifts. Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certification within 90 days of employment. Must have a valid driver's license issued from within the United States or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
