We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Technical Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. If you have over 10 years of experience in team management and a solid background in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager, we want to hear from you. Familiarity with Oracle HCM and API integrations is a plus, along with a strong understanding of Okta, zero trust principles, multi-factor authentication (AMFA), and account lifecycle management. Essential Functions: Lead and manage the IAM team to effectively implement and maintain identity and access management solutions. Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices. Oversee administration and support of Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and other IAM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems. Implement and manage API integrations to enhance IAM capabilities. Advocate for the adoption of zero trust principles and multi-factor authentication (AMFA) across the organization. Manage the full account lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IAM processes and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues to minimize business disruptions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment. Deploy identity automation projects, leveraging experience with the Entra suite. Utilize Sentinel log analytics for effective log reviews and monitoring. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of managing a team in the IAM space. Expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager. Familiarity with Oracle HCM and API integrations is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Okta, including SAML applications, zero trust principles, AMFA, and account lifecycle management. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven track record of deploying identity automation projects. Experience with the Entra suite is beneficial. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Sentinel log analytics. Familiarity with Dell Change Auditor or equivalent AD auditing tools is a plus. Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working Conditions: The role requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. This includes maintaining composure in high-pressure situations and handling sensitive and confidential information. The ability to multitask and occasional travel may be required.
