Imaging Student Extern Prn

The Imaging Student extern delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care skills while gaining practical experience and knowledge in imaging principles. Under the supervision of a Registered Radiologic Technologist, the Imaging Student extern prepares for and assists with imaging procedures, in accordance with the Externs skills/training and the needs of the department. The Imaging Student Extern is currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school of radiography and can perform higher-level procedures once competency is achieved.
