What You'll Be Doing | The Role Renewal by Andersen is the largest window manufacturing company in North America. Due to growth and upcoming expansions, we are looking to add dedicated design consultants to our team in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery, Alabama. This 1099 position is expected to start in June 2024. We seek experienced sales consultants driven by success.
The pay structure is commission-based, with the average Design Consultant earning between $1,500 - $2,500 per signed agreement, with potential annual earnings of $150,000 - $225,000.
Sales Consultants conduct in-home consultations, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.
Schedule Appointments are scheduled 7 days a week at 11am, 2pm, or 5pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Effectively communicate value during in-home product demonstrations
Measure windows & doors, analyze projects, answer construction questions

Manage customer interactions and seek referrals
Monitor performance against quotas
Communicate job details to team members
Required Skills
At least 3 years of outside sales experience
College degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills
Availability for evening and weekend appointments
Physical ability to lift items up to 55 lbs
