Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IAM Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of Identity and Access Management strategies at an enterprise level. The IAM Analyst will play a key role in driving the maturity of Separation of Duties (SoD) processes and ensuring alignment with industry frameworks such as NIST. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to strengthen risk controls and deliver key IAM initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and ensure the health of Separation of Duties (SoD) processes.
Execute SoD standards, controls, and procedures in accordance with the NIST framework.
Support the Program Manager in delivering IAM-related projects and key deliverables.
Partner with risk, infrastructure, and application teams to implement and manage SoD controls.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds an Associates Degree.
Brings 2+ years of experience in Information Security or a cross-functional department.
Has 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.
Possesses 2+ years of experience executing Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls and processes.
Preferred certifications include CISSP or CISM.
Holds a Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security (preferred).
Has practical experience in banking, risk management, or audit, with a strong sense of integrity and adaptability.
