Overview
The Network Administrator will work with IT and Netcom Teams to provide the following services to the organization: Design, implement, support, and maintain networking and telecommunication infrastructure. Including, but not limited to, Voice Systems, Cell Phones, faxing technologies, Network Systems-LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/ACI, Nurse Call Systems, UPS Battery Backup Systems, and other network and communication systems as assigned. Maintains network and telecommunications component inventory and related documentations of technical specifications. Be a contact point for network and communication related vendors, monitors contracts and bills, and assists in contractor and vendor maintenance of said systems. Participates in the establishment and maintenance of policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration. Participates in the evaluation, selection, development, and integration of new network systems and applications. Monitors and test network performance and prepares statistical reports.
Maintains network and telecommunications component inventory and related documentations of technical specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional/Educational Bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in Data Networks, Data Security, Computer Science, Telecommunications, electronics, business administration, or related field. Additional years of relevant experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education, on a year-for-year basis. Three plus years of healthcare experience preferred. Experience with configuring network gear, wireless infrastructure, and collaboration systems. Experience with Cisco networks required. At least 1 of the following certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+ Experience working with network and communication vendors preferred. Project management experience a plus.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
