Fort Valley State University, the only 1890 land-grant university in Georgia, is a comprehensive institution that provides an education to over 2,800 students including graduate students. The university is located in the town of Fort Valley in Peach County, the original site of the state's peach industry. Its 1,365-acre (5.52 km2) campus is Georgia's second-largest public university in area.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Information Technology Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting University staff in the deployment of Apple devices. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to FVSU alumni, parents, students, and faculty and staff.
Providing troubleshooting tips for Apple devices.
Acting as first responder for questions about Apple devices.
Coordinating with University IT staff for escalations and unique situations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to think critically.
Proven experience providing great Customer Service.
Great attention to detail.
Familiarity with Apple's Operating System.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with JAMF MDM, Apple OS certifications or previous tech support experience.
