IT Systems Admin
to join a mission-driven healthcare technology company based near
Hyannis, Cape Cod . This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure and security posture. What Youll Do: Manage and maintain on-prem and cloud-based IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Lead and support the implementation of IT security programs, policies, and best practices. Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements. Support endpoint management, user access controls, backups, and patching. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations. What Were Looking For: 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration with a strong focus on security. Solid knowledge of Windows, networking, firewalls, and VPNs. Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection). Ability to work independently and proactively in a small, collaborative team.
