As Sr. Systems Architect II, you'll lead sustainment and enhancement of mission-critical development and production environments (SDE and PROD/PSS). You will apply expert-level skills across the Oracle EBS stackUI customizations, backend PL/SQL, interfaces, workflows, and Exadata/OCI infrastructureto ensure system performance, data integrity, and alignment with DoD compliance and logistics mission needs. This role is a strategic bridge between technical execution and functional outcomes in a complex, high-availability DoD ERP ecosystem. What you'll do: Own technical sustainment of Oracle EBS across SDE and PROD environments, including RICE object development, patching, and environment sync Customize and maintain Forms, Reports, OAF pages, and workflow processes for core modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Design, build, and maintain interfaces (using APIs, SOA/BPEL, Web Services, EDI/B2B) to external systems and third-party tools Optimize PL/SQL code, indexes, and database structures for performance; debug failed concurrent programs and workflow errors Support all data migration needs (FBDI, WebADI, Data Loader), ensuring accuracy and audit readiness Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams on Exadata tuning, OCI performance, and release coordination Monitor system logs, OEM dashboards, and diagnostics to preempt issues and perform root cause analysis Guide Agile team members in sprint planning, technical story decomposition, and backlog grooming Drive compliance with RMF and STIG requirements; support ATO sustainment and technical documentation What you'll need to succeed: Active DoD Secret security clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including end-to-end technical design, development, and sustainment of large-scale ERP environments Deep expertise in core EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain (OM, INV, PO), Maintenance, and Audit Mastery of RICECPW components. Expert knowledge of Oracle Concurrent Manager, PL/SQL (packages, triggers, tuning), and workflow orchestration Strong infrastructure experience with Oracle Exadata, ZFS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience managing synchronized development (SDE) and production (PROD/PSS) environments Familiarity with DoD STIGs, RMF compliance, and DR/COOP sustainment practices Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks, sustainment Kanban boards, and DevSecOps pipelines Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled; candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible for full consideration.
