Our client, a world-leading hedge fund, is seeking a hands-on Database Infrastructure Engineer to join their Algo Trading Strategies and Technology department. Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and seamlessly integrate database frameworks and automated solutions within Windows and Linux environments. Collaborate with software developers and trading teams to enhance applications and software related to database connectivity and functionality.
Requirements
Degree in computer science or related engineering discipline. Deep understanding of operating system architecture, information security principles, and network protocols. Extensive experience with Python, Java, C#. Expertise in at least one database platform (Cassandra, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
