Job Title: Web Designer- Mid

Contract Instructional Designer - AI Education we're looking for a contract Instructional Designer who's excited to bring learning to life in bold, creative ways. We're on a mission to AI upskilling engaging, relevant, and actionable for everyone - from game designers to HR business partners. You'll be responsible for building high-quality learning content across formats: decks, asynchronous courses, bite-sized learning, and facilitator guides. You'll also experiment with AI-powered design workflows and help shape how we deliver learning in a rapidly evolving landscape. What You'll Do •Design practical, relevant AI-related learning for a global employee audience (technical and non-technical) •Build multi-format content: decks, async learning, live session kits, and facilitator-ready guides •Translate abstract or technical topics into sharp, engaging learning experiences •Leverage AI-powered tools and design practices to work smarter and faster •Collaborate closely with the TED team and cross-functional stakeholders across the AI Education program •Conduct AI learning needs analysis in partnership with senior leaders What We're Looking For •3-5 years of proven instructional design experience and a portfolio that shows you can deliver high-impact learning content •Proficiency with common ID tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise, Adobe Suite, LMS platforms) and a growth mindset around learning new ones (particular AI powered tools) •Comfortable designing AI-focused content - from responsible use to practical prompting - even if you're not a technical expert •Experience creating content for a broad global audience, including technical and nontechnical employees •Data driven and action-oriented with a bias toward building, testing, and iterating quickly Bonus Skills •Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in your design process •Exposure to gaming, entertainment, or fast-paced digital product environments •Experience with Coursera course builder.
