Corporate / Transactional Attorney (3–5 Years) – Hybrid | Baltimore, MD A boutique business law firm headquartered in Baltimore is seeking a
Corporate Associate Attorney with recent law firm experience
and 3–5 years of hands-on transactional exposure to join their collaborative and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate who enjoys client interaction, varied deal work, and a collegial culture without the pressure of a large-firm billable model. Base salary of $185K–$210K, plus bonus and profit sharing Tuition assistance available Paid parking, phone bill, and firm-provided laptop What You’ll Do: Draft and review business transaction documents, including M&A agreements, commercial contracts, and governance documents Advise clients on corporate structuring, entity formation, and finance-related matters Support both borrowers and banks on commercial financing transactions Handle general corporate matters and occasional commercial real estate work Ideal Candidate Background: 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience in a law firm setting (required) Experience with M&A, finance, commercial real estate, and entity structuring Excellent drafting, organizational, and client communication skills Maryland Bar admission (or willingness to waive in) Strong preference for candidates who enjoy in-office collaboration and direct client engagement Work Schedule:
Hybrid – most attorneys are in-office 2–3 days per week Seniority level
