Integrated Architecture is a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based architectural design firm established in 1988. Our resume of landmark projects includes award-winning designs that balance highly functional solutions with leading-edge aesthetics, environmental sustainability, flexibility, and value. We offer a dynamic work environment with a collaborative and creative team and diverse project types. Integrated Architecture is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold competent knowledge of all aspects of building systems including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems. They must command knowledge and be able to lead the design process from programming through project closeout. They must demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and competence to clients and team members. This position requires the individual to be a self-starter and to work independently. They must have developed people management skills in order to direct consultants and team members, to meet deadlines within budget and consistent with office standards. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must. Projects will be in a variety of market sectors, including mixed-use, multi-family, corporate office, religious institutions, higher education, K-12 education, healthcare, sporting venues, residential and other. Required Qualifications 5 -10 years’ experience Licensed (completion of ARE) Professional Skills Strong Leadership Skills Command of current graphic, design, and production technology, including Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation Project Account Management Software Project Internal Budgeting Project Team Scheduling Project Proposal Development Client Management Specification Writing Reply on LinkedIn with resume with cover letter.
