We’re building a network of passionate Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors who are committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their overall well-being. As a Clinical Provider, you’ll deliver impactful 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite sessions, using evidence-based approaches to support clients through a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.

What You'll Do:

Provide

telehealth and/or onsite

therapy sessions (50 minutes/session) to Intellect clients. Address a variety of clinical issues, such as

depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction , and more. Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance client programs and improve our care platform.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related accredited field. Licensure (Required): Candidates must hold

one of the following valid and active licenses

applicable to their country of practice: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

(Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

or

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. At least 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements). ️

Expertise in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches , such as: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors Somatic Experiencing (SE) Supervision Requirement: Must attend one clinical supervision session every 2 months. Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language. Preferred: Experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and/or adult counselling. Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions if required.
