Piper Companies is seeking a
Lead Digital Product Designer
to join one of the nation’s premier credit unions located in McLean, VA. The
Lead Digital Product Designer
will demonstrate expertise in
Consumer Banking product design . This role will be
onsite .
Responsibilities of the
Lead Digital Product Designer
include:
Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research and design.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experiences.
Utilize the full range of UX and visual design to create insightful, data-driven products.
Design, enhance, rapidly test, and iterate designs to craft new products aimed at managing data more efficiently.
Qualifications for the
Lead Digital Product Designer
include:
BA / BS degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in UX Design and Consumer Banking Products.
Experience with Strategic Planning, Thinking, and Execution in Portfolio.
Experience with Figma and Salesforce Lightning in UX design.
Compensation for the
Lead Digital Product Designer
includes:
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
Hourly Rate Range:
$65 - $72.11 / hr W2 .
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays.
