We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Visual Display Associate
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for design who is eager to showcase products in a way that drives customer engagement and enhances the shopping experience. General Objectives: As a
Visual Display Associate , you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining showroom floor displays, designing and creating merchandising displays, and presenting fixtures that reflect our brand's quality and style. Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with store leadership to plan and design showroom floor layouts, focal points, and displays Design displays based on themes, trends, style, and current advertising Incorporate accessories to complement and enhance displays Optimize lighting to highlight displays and boost customer interaction Arrange tags and signage to improve merchandise presentation and reflect promotions Set up, maintain, and remove displays based on direction from store leadership and promotions Maintain accurate inventory records for display materials Receive, replenish, uncrate, and assemble accessories
Qualifications:
1-2 years of practical experience in
interior design, display merchandising, or home staging Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in
Interior Design
preferred Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and comfortable using ladders
