Global investment firm is looking to hire an all-star
Executive Assistant
to join their company. This individual will provide key administrative assistance to an incredible team of executives at their Stamford, CT office. Responsibilities: Managing multiple calendars and scheduling high-level meetings Preparing meeting materials and distributing notes Arranging domestic and international travel Answering phone calls and handling email correspondence Generating expense reports Assisting with special projects as needed Competitive base salary up to $115k, DOE Excellent benefits package Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Qualified candidates will possess 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives in finance or corporate services.
